This interactive session covers key areas such as furniture placement, décor adjustments, and de-cluttering tips to help create maximum buyer appeal.

This a great option for occupied homes that need a little extra help, but the homeowners are willing to do some work themselves. This service will enable your property to best photograph and create a welcoming feel for buyers that is appealing for showings.
You will receive a detailed, step-by-step Staging Report documenting the actions needed to best present your listing. The consultation may take 1.5 to 2 hours.

This service maximizes the space potential of vacant homes by showcasing how each room can be used, we make even small spaces feel expansive! We offer both partial and entire home vacant staging.

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING is for homeowners who plan to live in their home while it is for sale. We begin with an initial walk-through consultation where we strategically optimize your existing furniture and décor, we provide guidance on decluttering, rearranging, and repositioning items to enhance flow and appeal. If the home has been previously listed, we will discuss buyer feedback and address any concerns. Following the consultation, you will receive a Staging Plan with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to prepare your home for staging.
If additional pieces are needed to elevate the design, Home Envy will carefully select items from their collection to complement and enhance the overall aesthetic and layout of your home.
